There is no parenting manual…
No parent starts off knowing exactly what to do, we are filled with love and a million questions. There is no instruction manual on raising children and we are often left wondering if we’re doing enough. We all make mistakes and second- guess ourselves because parenting is much about growing ourselves as it is about guiding our kids.
The truth is every parent is learning as they go. This is why it’s so important that we work through our own history, or risk repeating painful patterns, even if we don’t mean to. Old authoritarian way of parenting may lead to power struggles and create distance from our children. Parenting isn’t about being perfect- it’s about being present and intentional. When we focus on our growth, we can break old cycles and build deeper, healthier connections with our children
Heal the wounds you experienced as a child, so your children don’t have to
Build trust with your children by connecting and working together in ways that feel right
Learn helpful ways to speak kindly to yourself and your children
A fresh start is always within reach…
No matter how tough things have been, every day is a new opportunity to grow, learn, and connect with your child(ren) in a more positive way.
It’s about progress, not perfection. Small changes in how we respond, communicate, and show up can make a big difference in your relationship with your child.
Even if you’ve struggled in the past, it’s never too late to start fresh. Healing and growth takes time, but with patience and effort, you can turn things around and build a more harmonious, trusting relationship.
"I was already parenting from a conscious place and had a great relationship with my girls. This program brought us closer as it allowed us to have more meaningful discussions, come up with solutions or just re-enforcing certain boundaries without me always yelling at them. The insights I gained have been truly eye-opening particularly around triggers, self regulation and attachment. It has made such a positive impact on our family."

I became a parent coach because I wanted a deeper, more connected relationship with my child- something different from what I experienced growing up.
I have spent over 20 years working with both adults and children, and I’m passionate about helping parents build stronger, more loving relationships with their children. Like many parents, I have had moments where I felt confident in my parenting and others where l felt completely lost. Through my own parenting journey I discovered so much about myself that inspired me to become the best version of the parent I could be- and to reimagine what a truly connected relationship with my child looks like.
I believe every child deserves to be guided by the best version of their parent, and every parent deserves the chance to create a closer, more loving bond with their child. It’s about being present and learning and growing together. Shifting how we approach parenting, we build a relationship rooted in trust, love and mutual respect. I’m here to help you make that version a reality, no matter where you’re starting from.
There is no such thing as the perfect parent
I get it - parenting can feel exhausting, especially when it feels like all you’re doing is enforcing rules and dealing with resistance.
The traditional approach, where the focus is on control and discipline, often leaves both parents and children feeling disconnected. It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong- it’s just that the model doesn’t create the closeness and trust most parents really want with their children.
What if there was another way? Instead of focusing on control, you can approach parenting with collaboration and mutual respect. It’s not about letting go of boundaries but creating a relationship where your child(ren) feels heard and valued. You don’t have to have it all figured out- it’s about taking it one step at a time.
When you work with me, you will learn about triggers, where they come from and how to address them. You will also learn about the science behind children's brain development, how important it is to understand your child’s behavior and attachment. We will also look at reflective parenting and communication with your child. As well as getting better at feeling and regulating our own emotions.
Every parent has their own way of parenting which is often grounded in their values. We will explore your particular style centered around what you value that would leave you more empowered.
By working with me, you can expect an understanding and non-judgmental approach that’s supportive and personalized to meet your unique needs. I’ll listen without judgment because I know parenting can feel overwhelming at times, and I’m here to help, not to criticize.
During our chat,

There’s no pressure, just an opportunity to see if we can work together to create the changes you’re hoping for.
"I attended a discussion on shifting how we parent and it was incredibly insightful. It made me see the importance of connection and attachment in ways I hadn’t fully considered before. The ideas shared helped me understand how small changes in how I approach parenting can make a big difference in building stronger bonds with my grown kids and my grandkids. The time investment was small but the information as very useful"
